Braco-Linwood Apartments (Buffalo, NY)

In the continued revitalization of the City of Buffalo, 7 separate buildings located throughout the City’s west side and medical complex. The project involved the renovation of close to 240 apartment units throughout 7 separate buildings that had to be completed within a 1 year time frame, including moving tenants out of and back into the same units in which they were currently living.

It is crucial to have a reliable asbestos contractor who drives the project.  Fibertech’s ability to complete the projects on schedule permitted other trades to complete their work and the project within the scheduled time frame.  Fibertech proved to be a reliable contractor and established a good working relationship with R&P Oak Hill which Fibertech hopes to build on in future endeavors.

Fibertech was able to negotiate a new contract with R&P Oak Hill on the Niagra City Lofts projet in large part to our trustworthiness and reliability proven during the completion of the Braco-Linwood Apartments.
